Within the past two years, Metro City has come under the grips of a terrorist styled organized that call themselves The P.U.S.H. (Powerful Underground Systematic Haven). Under the sole command of Kolkata, The P.U.S.H. has become a ruthless, organized crime syndicate that specializes in extortion, kidnapping, terrorism, cyber crimes and drug rings. They fear nothing or no one in law enforcement. Their influence has caused the city to evolve into a new sense of “street justice” that legitimate law enforcement has no jurisdiction.

 

During the past year, Metro City’s law enforcement assigned Special Agent Merrick Walker the task of getting the streets cleaned up and rid of the PUSH gang. Knowing he couldn't do it alone, he formed a team and call them The I.C.E. (Intelligent Crime Equalizers). Initially, he wasnt sure who would lead the team. Knowing he could not lead it alone, he knew there must be someone chosen. This individual had to be someone with special talents.

 

There was one young agent he felt would be perfect for taking on the team leadership. Special Agent Carmello Alor was issued the tasks of infiltrating and taking down the leader of the PUSH. However, what Walker didn’t know was that Alor had plans of her own. Once she took down the predecessor of the P.U.S.H., The Dark King Blacula, she disappeared. Walker was forced to find someone else.

 

Just as it was beginning to seem like all hope was lost, Special Agent Walker befriended a very peculiar homeless guy that had a very special set of skills. The guy’s name is Ilta Kain. He was determined to take back the home he only knew there in Metro City. He too was disgusted with the tyranny of the PUSH and wanted to do something about it. Special Agent Walker recruited and appointed him the leader of I.C.E.

 

The task was a heavy one. Ilta needed all the help he could get. He was fortunate to find help in some very unlikely ways.

 

And so the battle to win back the city began between the two dominant teams; Team I.C.E. and The P.U.S.H. Both groups comprised of specially talented and gifted individuals. But collectively they are seen as rulers. Ultimately, they are known as The Khans.
